It's a simple Windows web browser that addresses any kind of user. After installing the program, the user will see a simple graphical interface which supports various skins. The functionality of Smart Bro is based on tabs, which makes it easier to navigate through several opened websites. The loading speed for most websites is much better than the one offered by IE and other similar browsers. Users with slower Internet connections or with traffic plans can use the program's option to deactivate Flash and JavaScript content from websites and also images, making web pages load faster and even protecting privacy and security, as some websites use JavaScript applets to load malicious programs.

RSS feeds can be easily created and managed using Smart Bro, as it includes a special section for displaying news, allowing you to stay informed at any moment. There is also a section for displaying favorite websites or bookmarks, allowing the user to quickly browse to already visited websites.

Pros:
The interface includes a lot of skins. Besides that, it supports tabs and offers a very good loading speed. What's more, certain webpage elements like images, scripts and Flash content can be deactivated, for making the webpage load faster. What's more, there is an advanced RSS reader client available directly in the interface.

Cons:
The program's interface, despite the fact that supports skins, still looks a bit outdated.
